I'm chatting to a machinist at the moment about making up a new piece. If its a success il share links and contact etc so others can order one if they need.
also I was able to use my caliper to measure it this time. Man, my eye balling was way off. Haha. To be expected. Measure twice, cut once.
heres the more accurate measurements for the tee

That Tee uses the same O-rings as the 750. That means that the 750 Tee will work on your bike, assuming it's not too wide. Find an aftermarket Tee with enough length to be shaved down as needed and you should be good to go.

I'm actually chatting to the same guy who makes the 750 tee. Same guy from the link you posted. So cheers for that.
Fingers crossed he can make it up. Would be a huge win for us baby z owners to be able to buy this unicorn part.

So, it turned out my digital calipers were off.
measure twice cut once is great if your tool is accurate.
sigh. Take 3. How frustrating.
Sometimes I wonder how I even get my pants on in the morning.

This factory part fits the KZ305 and the EX250, so in theory, it should fit the Z250. It is also very affordable.

Hmmm, I wonder if the difference is dimensional or if it is in the material the t is made from? As cheap as it is, it might be worth a try.
Also, the eBay t says it fits through 1988.........

Not sure. If the image is correct, it's both.
bth, with everything I've gone through, i just want it fixed. Getting an aluminum one is worth the $ for peace of mind.
As for the listing, i posted the models this Tee fits according to the workshop manual i have. I cant confirm that it fits any other bikes.
I assume he did some research to see if it fits others. but thats an assumption.
At the end of the day, do your due diligence.

Re: Leaking tee z250
Today 17:20
On a different note.
Found out z250 pistons come in std, +0.50mm and +1.00mm.
Bikes done 57,000ks. If i look after it might get around 100,000ks before it need a re bore.
With two re bores up my sleeve, might get another 80 years out of the bike.
Lol
