However, it can also be used in an ironic or sarcastic waywhen you want to highlight a behavior that is questionable but so sensational that it deserves an upside-down “compliment” (“You have found the most complicated way to make a mistake: chapeau!”). It plays on the contrast between the high form of the praise and the particular demerit of the action performed.

OK, I regret posting now but will explain. I think something has been lost in translation between English/English and American/English.
When I read some posts on here I am in awe of the skills and knowledge that some people have. That's the reason why I posted 'Ian Dury and the Blockheads' singing ' There ain't half been some clever bastards'. I'm sure some of you would have been in his lyrics if he'd known of your work. Everyone has their level then some of you have a level way above. This isn't singling out Injected. We have a few posters that when ever they post, you read it whether or not it's relevant to you or not, hoping that you gleen something, no matter how small, for the future. 
'Chapeau' means 'tips hats' in a good way acknowledging what they've done.

I will probably create a project thread for these once I get a chance to work with them (the carbs) 

Right now there sitting in my office waiting for me to dissemble them. I am going to have to come up with a creative solution to attach a choke circuit actuator.
