Kits

Hey just wondering has anyone used the k and L carb kits to rebuild their carbs? I read all the time that your old parts are usually better than anything you can buy but these k L kits are much more expensive than the Amazon ones they sell. I’ve cleaned out carbs parts and put back together to get my 650 b1 to start after sitting for years and it did start but doesn’t idle well and wants to pop a little. New points/condensers and timing set no noises from engine  so gonna take carbs back down and do a thorough carb rebuild hope that helps. Just wondering abythe K and L kits

K&L float valves use weak springs, that don't typically hold up the weight of the float.  Keyster are better

Get parts from Kawasaki if they are still in stock ... I just bought new needle and seat for a 45 year old bike yesterday from my dealer. They had to be ordered.

You’re gone through the carbs but have you replaced the rubber manifolds?
