Keyster Mikuni Rebuild kit for Z1
Yesterday 19:08 - Yesterday 19:29
My newly rebuilt Z1B is not running correctly no matter what I do. I used carb rebuild kits from Z1 Enterprises (China) and was told to use real Mikuni parts. I bought “Keyster” rebuild kits from Japan, they are far and away better and they come with a variety of sizes.

Did you ungang the carbs and remove all the parts? Soak the bodies in carb dip? Shoot carb spray through all the passages, verifying all the internal passages are open? I say this because replacing the jets won't clean inside the passages, and there could be gunk inside.

Yes I had the bodies professionally cleaned, we will see if these parts make a difference.
I tried uploading a video of the unboxing but had trouble. Here's a youtube video

In my view Keyster kits are the best out there. But they contain a lot of stuff you will never use. What problems are you having with your carbs?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar.
