Fuel wont stay Primeed

First, look at the carb body.  There is only one hole in the body, from the float chamber.  Put your carb can spray nozzle in this hole and shoot.  It will come out the passage on the inlet side of the carb.  This is the vent passage.  It's very simple to see.
