looking for these parts

Drove the black one out of the showroom in 1980. Always thought that I should have bought the KZ instead of the LTD. 45 years later after rebuilding the LTD I purchased the KZ. It was said to have been running in the spring, but I have my doubts. The workmanship on this bike over the years was definitely substandard. There were parts missing from the carburetors and I am now in search of. I know these parts have been sought after in this forum, but I will ask again. The pictures will explain what I need. I have looked on ebay without results.  

I see these parts on eBay.  Not cheap, but could be worse.
