Mikuni carb help?

Am looking to see if anyone has info on carbs. On my 78 KZ650 SR D1A carb #1 which has the choke has stamped on the bell N835.  I was under the impression that this bike should have VM22ss on it correct. Looking at the port side and matching it up to other pics on our forum it does appear to be VM22. I guess the N835 number is throwing me off i am posting pics as well

Look at the same flange on the outside of #4 carb, (carbs numbered from left to right as you sit on the bike) I am willing to bet there will be an ID stamped there. If they are vm22ss cabs the ID will be in 2 rows and either 1026 or 1046

As already confirmed above.
They are VM22SS .
It is only the VM22 version that has the kidney shaped passage at the 10 o'clock position.
