By chance do you have at least one that didn't fall apart and can use a templet? I always just make them myself out of fiber gasket material. A pair of scissors and hole punch are all that's needed. Nothing critical or total sealing, just keeps out the biggest amount of grime.

A lot of the time they have some small cracks but usable. You could try stamping some from an old bicycle inner tube. If you have the old ones clean them up and install them with this.

Cra-Z1, does that Bellow adhesive remain "rubbery" after curing? I've been searching for the product used on a lot of Honda float bowls to hold the oring. It's a brownish color and even after 50yrs still is pliable.

Well it's somewhat pliable, like you can get a fingernail to press into it. When you use it on the lower unit of the boat you smear it on the sealing rings and of course the bellows if your replacing it.
