Can you post a photo of the "fuel Tee" you are refurring to? I sell O-ring kits, but I'm not sure what parts you are looking for.
Commonly, dash -010 O-rings fit the CV type and -011 fit the VM carbs, when it comes to the fuel transfer tubes. KZ bikes use rubber coated fuel Tees and transfer tube parts, though, so no O-rings needed.

I do not have a pic but I am talking about the fuel rail that feeds the carbs. There are two straight tubes and a T that connects the fuel line to the tank. page 6-10 in the KZ1000/KZ1100 Service manuel, parts #22 and #31.

There are no O-rings on those parts, they are rubber coated metal, with psudo O-ring bumps molded in. If the carbs have been sitting dry for a while, the rubber shrinks, then you get leaks. With gasoline exposure, though, the rubber may swell and seal up the leaks. You might want to try soaking the Tee and transfer tubes in a cup of gasoline for a day or two to see if that helps. Or, buy new parts. Aftermarket metal parts with O-rings are common. Check Z1 or ebay.
Edit: one other thing that some people do is take a razor knife and chop off part of the molded rubber, when install a couple of O-rings in its place. Dash -010 size

Thank you Nissism! My 70 year old eyes thought they were looking at O-Rings, LOL.
