'81 KZ750H2 Fuel Line Sizing? was created by SnyperX
Hey folks!! I continue to work on my '81 KZ750H2. I am going to need to replace the various hoses/lines on the bike for vent and fuel. Does anyone know hose sizing and type used on the '81 KZ750H2? I am ordering my parts via Z1 Enterprises. I tried looking up the parts on Partzilla, but they don't really sate the I.D. and O.D. specs I am looking for. Do I need 1/4", 1/8", 3/16", or 5/16" ID? As always, thanks for reading.

Regards,
SnyperX

Fuel line is typically 5/16 id. 1/4 id vacuum line.

Size 7 X 10.2 mm. Best quality I have found, and a good price to boot.

Suzuki PN 09352-70104-00B.  2000mm = 78" worth of fuel line.  Great stuff.  It's thin and stretchy.  No need for a clamp.

Ditto Ed's recommendation on the Suzuki fuel hose! One thing to remember when using it though. Because of the thin-wall construction, make you're routing sweeps as smooth as possible. No tight angles or the hose will collapse on itself shutting off petrol flow. Texas, have been considering purchasing some stuff, decal set, from WEBIKE. Have You gotten stuff from them before??

I have bought from Webike several times and have been well pleased with their service and prices.

Yes, it is fuel line in spite of what it says there. Shipping from Japan can be pricey, but most of the time I have found that the total is still less than getting stuff domestically. Definitely check your local dealer and places like Partzilla and Denis Kirk.

Is that for fuel or vacuum line?
