Those Japanese spec really big carbs on that web site ! You don't want to go too big on a stock engine, but I guess they just don't care over there.

I think CR's would look great on your build.

JB Power is very well known aftermarket supplier in Japan. As far as I know, Mr.Bidoh was with Honda superbike factory team with Freddie Spencer back in early 80's. He now somewhat specializing in vintage Kawasaki bikes, but not limited to.

But then again, any aftermarket carb need tuning anyway to match the bike, so just take your pick. I myself want to try out the Yoshimura carb with MJN.

I believe that theres a level of understanding on webike that they'll recommend stuff that fits but you need to have the required additional upgrades/knowledge to successfully support it.

I've spent hundreds on webike.
Absolutely fantastic service, super quick shipping.

Everything I've ordered has been high quality and fit perfectly, though you need to do your research before ordering some of the more custom/non-stock parts.
Directions are generally in japanese, but with google translate it's pretty easy to understand.

We have ordered a set of RS 34's for the 77' KZ 1000 and a set of RS 36's for the 80' Suzuki GS 1100E from powersportsuperstore.com, I think they are in Texas. Both boxes have Western Power Sports distributor stickers on them.

The instructions are in english and they listed the other parts needed to install. The Suzuki needed a dual cable throttle and the KZ needed different carb boots. We used K&N pods and made carb supports for both bikes. Both bikes have Delkevik exhaust systems on them. The power sports store asked if the motor is stock or built, airbox or pods and stock or aftermarket exhaust. The carbs came with 2 extra sets of jets, one size bigger and smaller than the installed jets and some lines. Both bikes are running the jets that came in the carbs. Both bikes start quickly and run great.

If you are talking about the fellow who worked for Yosh and American Honda and spent time in GP for HRC is Mr BITBO. Bitbo. He was a mechanic.
