my bike idles at 500 rpm...is there an adjustment that does all 3 carbs at the same time so i dont get them out of sync?,,,tia

Nope. Each carb has an idle speed adjustment screw that should be adjusted after setting the low speed mixture. Look at the Tuning section, about 3/4 of the way through the document.Notice that synchronizing is done first.
