They're leaking from the bowl seal not the overflow tube?
That suggests the fuel is too high in the bowl.  If you've used the clear tube method to adjust them to the correct level and they are still high then you might have a float valve that isn't closing properly, or you may have a float that sticks, likely on the side of the bowl when you put it back on.

The float valve is located immediately above the float.  As the fuel level rises it also lifts the float.  A small spring loaded rod is in contact with the float and as the float rises the valve closes off flow.  You may have dirt in a float valve, keeping it from properly closing.  Or the float tip may be warn and not sealing well.

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

It's leaking from the gaskets not the overflow. I did dry and wet set the floats, if anything a bit low.

First, I'm going back to the VM24's. I have two racks that are leaking, and the 26's may have other issues you're mentioning, and the bike ran on the 24's. So this all aside, to answer your question, I'm not sure how many are leaking on the 24's but it's a couple best guess. What I need to do is find gaskets that will work. I've ordered a couple of sets of float bowl gaskets, for the 26 and 24, and the ones in the 24's are thin and cheap. The set I got for the 26's were 1mm thick. I wish I would have just put them in the 24's but I didn't. What I need is a link to somewhere in the US that has the above mentioned 1.5mm thick, but I cannot find them online. Does this make sense?

@Nessism

Looking back through my records suggests the proper O-rings for the pump nozzles are either 2.0 x 3.0 mm (thickness x ID), or 1.9 x 2.8 mm. I suspect both would work.

How many bowls are leaking? I've never had a bowl leak in all the carbs I've done, but your mileage may vary, of course.

When you rebuilt your carbs what was the condition of the fuel Tee and fuel transfer tubes?  Did they fit snug into the bores in the carbs?  It's common for them to shrink and then leak.

That's actually where i started WEEKS ago. No, they were bad, but after a couple of purchases, i got the correct o-rings and replaced them. Here's what's up now, it's nearly 3am, and I got back in the house a bit ago after bringing back the VM24's. So I took out the gaskets I bought, they were bad, and put two of the original and two thin new gaskets, and it sealed. I'm guessing that #1 carb lost its o-ring or seat for the float bowl valve. The float, when upside down, just flops in the carb body and sticks. Your thoughts?

Jerry, I'm not talking about the overflow.  Read what I wrote.  I'm talking about the FLOAT VALVES, and I mentioned where they can be found.

If your carbs are leaking from the gaskets and your floats are correctly set it means the float valve is not sealing correctly OR the float is sticking for some reason.

To clarify my earlier comment about gasket thickness, I measured some K&L gaskets and they are about 1.0 mm thick.  Keyster is basically the same, maybe up to 1.1 mm.  These are good gaskets.  The bad gaskets came from ebay, from hildebrandtgasketcompany, they are .7 mm.  I've bought others off ebay of similar thickness, too.  If you need gaskets, stay with a name brand.  And sorry for the 1.5 mm comment.  That was wrong.

It been mentioned here to check the transfer tubes and fill tee. The o rings dry up or deteriorate and leak. It can give the appearance of a float bowl to body leak.
