Also while looking at the plug wires where they attached to the coil, one wore looked perfect and the other had a scorched mark and wasn't sticking out of the connector as far as I think it should have, I readjusted it to match the good looking one and now it seems good, rode for 30mins and it restarted immediately on one kick. 

This thread might be better moved out of the carb section if possible 


**I'm considering this resolved at the moment, second day in a row with no issue. Seems to have been the incorrectly positioned plug wire at the coil. Thanks to everyone for helping me to look at the right stuff, I was too quick to assume fuel delivery**

Which plugs are you using and have you pulled the ones you are currently using to check their condition after your ride?

I am running champion n4c spark plugs, they cross reference to a ngk b6es. I have pulled them and they look good in my opinion, but I pull them in the morning and post a few pics for opinions

It may be closer to a B7ES which is still one step hotter than a stock B8.
As long as you can keep the plug clean from carbon without getting it too hot you will be good.
