Hello, Its been a long time coming getting my kz back on the road. A little back ground info on the bike. I parked it maybe 10 years ago due to no compression on cylinders one and two. Since then have adjusted the valves within specs. Cleaned the carbs, tank etc. I am getting a sneeze in carb number 2. From what i understand a sneeze is a air leak. the seals are all old and are likely leaking. The needle on carb 2 has a nick on it so it needs replaced. I am not sure what carbs i have. Some Info i do have is the carb has on the side Mikuni Kogyo. The bike is a 1982 kz1000j1 model. I tried to search on this site but i lack the skills. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

From the Kawasaki FSM the 1000J should have Mikuni BS34 carburetors.
If you need new diaphragms, JBM Industries might have them.
ps: there's an 81-83 KZ1000/1100 FSM pdf available. It might be linked here on KZR, maybe in the Filebase section.
