In my experience you'll want to go up a few sizes on both your idle and main jets, and adjust your air mixture screw accordingly once the bike is warmed up (trial and error, test riding the bike with a little screw driver in your pocket). I wouldn't worry about messing with the slide needles until you dial in the rest, as the other adjustments may get you where you want to go.

If he installs the Air Corrector Jets, then the pilot Jets need to stay stock. In my experience you'll want to go up a few sizes on both your idle and main jets, and adjust your air mixture screw accordingly once the bike is warmed up (trial and error, test riding the bike with a little screw driver in your pocket).
