I used wired George to clean my cooperators, he did a fantastic job, here's a picture of them.

Better open them and look for blasting grit.  I've rebuilt two different sets done by George and both were full of grit.  Also, when he blasts the carbs the plating is removed from the steel parts so they will rust now.
