Smoothbore 29 rebuild was created by rich67

Rebuilt a set of Mikuni smoothbore 29's for a Z1r im going to build in the distant future , still short on a few parts for the Z1r which is very costly these days . Carbs completely rebuilt with new slides .

Those carbs look tremendous! I can see the repated hardware but how did you get such a bright finish on the bodies and various aluminum parts? Liquid blasting?
