Rubber manifold clamps
04 Sep 2021 15:14
Aloha guys.
Just last week, me and my son was able to put the engine back in the frame. So, it's time to re-install all the engine surrounding and that include carb. I have really old OEM rubber manifold I bought back sometime in early 90's (could be late 80's) but still in great condition.
Anyway, what I'm looking for is the clamps to go with these manifolds. Part #92037-061. Anybody know where I can get one? Is evilbay the only other choice? I did some Google search, some comes up as " Airbox Boot Clamp" and said they are for "Use with 28mm carb holders". Are these the one?

These are reproductions from Japan (PMC) that say they are equivalent to the part number you listed. (92037-061)

Yeah, I saw that one too, but have you read the "Detail" section of the description? It also said "
ZX750E1/E2 H2 - use with 28mm carb holders".
So far, second day of my search but can't find any except in evilbay............

What year and model bike are you looking for parts for?
I bought this same exact set from Z1 Enterprises for my '78 Z1R. The '78 Z1R also uses the same OE part number 92037-061. They fit fine.
Part number 92037-061 is what you asked for. Do you think 92037-061 is not correct for your model?

I believe the part # is correct. I got them off Partzilla. However, I did go to PMC site and saw couple different clamps with different inner diameter spec, so just been careful. I don't want to order something that won't fit. They had from 43 - 47mm, 46 - 50mm and 48 - 53mm so just wanted to make sure.
43 - 47 mm. www.winpmcshop.com/shopdetail/0000000006...-4/page7/price_desc/

In any case, thanks for the info though. I'm still searching, but evilbay may be only route.
