16 May 2021 19:02
So been searching here and online and cant really find what i need hopping someone on here can help. Working on a kz750h had to completely disassemble all four carbs and deep clean everything someoneran cheap gas in it and let it sit with it. While i disassembled everything I took a tons of pics so i could put it back together. A month later got a new phone and didn't realize that like 4 photo albums didn't transfer and my luck was the one for the carbs so trying to put th back together but cant remember how everything goes and where bought a book for the bike but doesn't show all 4 together and how all the linkage goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks in advance

Lots of carb photos in the "motorcycle" and "KZ750" albums. If you click the photo and then hit the + after that the photo will blow up quite large.
If you get stuck or can't figure out where a particular part goes just post a photo here.
And when reinstalling the choke plate screws be sure to use red loctite and consider upsetting the screws so they don't come loose.

Ok so just a update last night managed to get some time in the garage and finally got everything back on the carbs and they look right only took me like 4 times of taking them apart but I got it. Was going to mount them to the rails and work on bench sync and float checks but when I pulled out the bolts I realized that I never cleaned them up so had to call it a night. Got them sitting in some cleaner and hopefully tonight get to working on the rest of it. I wanted to thank you guys again for all the help and the pictures this group is totally amazing and the number of hours I have spent going through different post. Quick question what do you guys us to help hold the bowl gasket in I have a feeling ill have to pull them again to fix levels and the first time was a major pain.

When posting pictures, if you click the Insert All button, the pictures will show up large enough that readers will not have to click each one to see them.

You are welcome. That particular oddity came with one of the recent software upgrades, and most of us have tripped over it a time or three.

So a update went to do the clear house test and found out carb 3 had a crack in the overflow pipe. Went to fix it and of course no one around me carried small enough copper tubing so ended up just soldering it. Also found out that the gasket for carb 3 got pinched and broke so had to order some new gaskets. After about 5 times finally got them pretty well dialed in I think. Found out that my choke was not working right and after some reading in this amazing form found out some solutions and got that fixed. Got a carb sync coming in the mail and hopefully next couple days get a chance to get it up and running and dialed in. I really want to thank everyone for all the help and for this amazing form and community. Ill post some pictures on a post when I get everything up and done.
