Tore them down today and seen this... problem ? Suggestions ?

Looks like that tube will suck nothing but air.

Buy a new carb body. Or replace the tube if you are handy with metal work.

That looks like the fuel source for your choke circuit. As long as you don't use the choke it should be OK until you get a new tube or a new carb body.
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
