have the stock mic 26's on my bike...greatr low end pull...and mid thru high as well...should i think of grabbing a set of 34 cv's....heard you well lose a little off the line with these...run in an 1/8 mile so like to keep it tigh...

a lot of guys seem to like them but i say the ports on a stock 900-1000 head are not big enough for them,i think 28s-29s are the perfect carb for a small motored bike.;)

CV's suck. Go with a set of 28 mm. The 29mm that came off early air/oil cooled GSXR's are the cat's meow.

I beg to differ. I have a set of BS34 Mikunis on my bike and they work great! In the words of a guy on another forum, working on CV carbs is as "easy as eating pancakes".
