Anyone have a recomentation on my next move? I was thinking a K&N drop-in but I dont want to just spend money and hope it fixes the issue.

I was hoping to get away with not having to spend $$$ on K&N pods. Know of any other brands that do not block the passages? Google searches never reveal the inner throat of the pod.

kzzone.com/carbs.html
these are sold as a package with the RS34 carbs so I’d feel they would be a good set to check out and research...

I would like to keep the factory airbox and was hoping a K&N drop in would provide enough air to solve the 'too rich' problem. But if it doesnt then I've wasted $ buying the drop in and have to buy pods anyways.

Hi Flow filter?
Removing Exhaust baffle?
Going up a size on pilot air jet?
Drilling a huge hole in the side of the airbox? (sarcasm)
Or just bite the bullet and buy K&N pods...
