Part numbers are 92071-104 & 16039-042.
Ive found a set on ebay, but the seller is asking 70 dollars, which i think is absolutely ridiculous. I was hoping someone on here has surplus or knows of a surplus somewhere. ALSO when did kawasaki go to the single fuel tee instead of the dual tees. Can the swap be done? Converting to a single tee with the connectors between 1&2, 3&4. Or is it blocked off? I'm at work. Otherwise id look for myself.

Those grommets are hard to come by. They are common across all VM sizes so you may be able to locate some by expanding your search. I think Suzuki VM grommets are the same size too.

Regarding the Tee's, you can find both originals and aftermarket on Z1 Enterprises. The aftermarket metal ones have the wrong size o-rings included though so know that going in. You can get the proper O-rings from a Harbor Freight 0-ring kit. If you try to convert the carbs to the one Tee version you will have to drill passages in the carb bodies. Doable, but not recommended.

I think I may be able to help with the grommets and caps, I will check today. This spring I used a set of the metal aftermarket Tees from Z1E and thought they worked really well, although a bit tight to install. Maybe they corrected the size of the O rings?

No luck finding the Suzuki parts?

Take the part number and call dealership and ask if they have them...

Special thanks to krazee for getting me throse grommets! I also ordered new tees, and the bike is running fantastic!

Now i have my rear brake apart and was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on whether these cylinders/caliper are able/worth saving!

Pictured is what I think would be my problem spots on the cylinders.
Thanks guys

Give the caliper cylinder and piston a light wet sanding (600 grid) and polish and all went good with new seals and dust covers.

If there are no knicks or rust on the sides of the piston then you can polish them up as Scirocco mentions. We need to see the inside of the caliper bore. Especially under the seal. Make sure you clean ALL corrosion and gunk out of the seal grove in the caliper bore.
