Hey all!

Im having a problem thats been really hard to track down.
Bike bogs RIGHT off a stopped position, I really have to feather the clutch. But once it hits higher RPM, works fine.
It also takes about 3s to drop down back to idle RPM if i rev it.

No other noticeable performance gaps anywhere else.

Jetting is stock, Running stock airbox, stock air filter, the needle is 1/2 step richer than stock.

thoughts?

My only observation is a hanging idle/rpm indicate a lean pilot condition

Maybe I should back up. Have you investigated the cables and throttle springs and linkage. Those if binding could result in similar conditions

yeah, theres a little bit of slack, enough to ensure that there is not a hang on throttle accel.

Have you checked for air entering through your manifold boots?

I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
