Tuning for change in altitude

I just purchased a 1978 KZ1000 A2. The seller lives in Colorado at 5,000 ft elevation. The bike is set up with a Delkevic 4-1 and pod filters. I live at sea level. I anticipate needing to reject the carbs for the change in elevation. I ordered the DynoJet Stage 3 kit for a KZ1000 A2 with a pipe and pod filters. Any recommendations for a shop in the San Francisco area to set up the carbs? Thanks.
