Steve here are the best pictures I can get on carburetors side,top & bottom view. Kinda hard on a old man , but I'm trying. I could only find one of the old plugs. The screws on bottom of carburetors didn't seem to be all alike not with my eye sight anyway. As we were talking earlier my mechanic that has retired unfournatley was talking about lower neddle one or two notches. Untill you told me about the screws on bottom of carburetors. I will try and include best pictures.

It looks like too much fuel. First I'd do the clear tube test to be sure the float levels aren't too high. If they are not I'd adjust the fuel screws to best idle as we talked about. That plug doesn't look too bad.
