Stock Jets Size??
18 Apr 2020 16:26
hey, I have an 83 KZ650. I'm currently running 107.5 with the Stock air box. I'm Wondering what if that is the stock jet size or if I need the 102.5. Stock exhaust as well if that matters.
thanks

That info should be in the factory service manual. Have you checked the Articles section of the forum for one?

I have a manual for that covers up the the h1 not h3. I don't know if there is any difference but the manual says 102.5 but in the comment below yours, it says 107.5R. I have no idea lol. And I cannot seem to find an h3 specific manual. Hoping nothing changed between the years.

Starting in 1982 they went from VM carbs to BS CV type. The parts fishe on Parzilla isn't much help because they list several possible options.
Since you already have the 107 jets I'd just run them. Doubtful you will have any issues since that number falls pretty much in the middle of the possible range.
