Hello guys recently bought a 1984 kz700 for a good deal. Bike runs great and all according to the owner carbs were rebuilt. As later inspecting while bike is off there will be little drops of gas on the intake manifold boot connecting carb to manifold. Very small droplets overtime. What could cause this. Petcock is definitely on and not on prime

My first guess would be that the fuel level is too high in one or more of the carbs. This could be due to incorrect float adjustment or float valves that are leaking for some reason. A quick check using the clear tube method described in the service manual will confirm the fuel level in each carb.
