1979 KZ 650 carbs

I found a crack in # 4 overflow tube afterwards replaced the bowl with a spare I had checked the carbs again while I had it off but maybe I still missed something obviously I missed the sticky float on # 2 the only thing I didn’t rebuild was the accelerator pump diaphragm which may need it but I didn’t have the parts

Also the bike ran good for a day or two even ran ok with the cracked overflow tube but was of course leaking fuel everywhere. The gas tank was cleaned also the petcock rebuilt. My bench sync was really close to perfect when I did the dynamic sync maybe some dirt got in the fuel system maybe the tank didn’t come as clean as I thought or a oring has a rip in it I’m going to take it apart again I also replaced the air box rubbers and the carb holders the originals where a bit hard
