I've got a larger and smaller hose coming from the bottom of the carbs, what is each hose? I can't find in the manual. My smaller hose on the left carb was definitely dripping fuel, the other 3 hoses are dry.

Are you certain there are 2 hoses connected to the bottom of each carburetor? ie, connected to the float bowls.

I'm not that familiar with the 750B. Each carb should have a fuel overflow hose connected to a port on each float bowl, and there should be vent hoses connected to ports on each carb body >> the vent ports are angled upwards, but the tubing should be routed downwards.

You may be correct, they're all hanging, the larger of the hoses might be the vents, i'll verify location tonight. I was only able to spend a couple minutes looking at the bike to shutoff fuel and trace where it was coming last night.

Okay. I bet the larger hoses are vents. Those shouldn't leak. If one of the overflow hoses is dripping fuel, then there may be crud between the float needle & seat, so you may need to clean the carburetor. That would be the most common problem. I would clean both carbs. If you've never done carb work before, it's not that hard.

I've redone my sporty a couple times, I'm not worried. New gasket kits and floats are on their way. I'll have them Tuesday. Just verifying the second hose from each carb, thank you so very much.

Floats are very rarely the problem. Are you sure they need replacing? As Martin said, it is usually dirty needle and seat valves. A complete disassembly and thorough cleaning is all most of them need. Gaskets and orings should definitely be replaced. I don't think those carbs have an overflow tube in the bowl, but if they do, the tubes can develop hairline cracks where they join the bowl. They can be fixed, but it can be a pretty tedious job.

I wanted to get it running, if I have a couple extra parts at the end I'll have replacements for when or if they do fail. I didn't want to pull apart and need more parts later. I appreciate the link, that will help I'm sure.
