Finally have time to work on my bike that's been in storage. Pulled the carbs today and will have them cleaned and tuned. Is there a formula for carb size equal to engine displacement, (cc) size. Thanks.... (1327 cc/ 10.25 compression)

Lots of people make the mistake of thinking they'll get more power by going to big carbs. That just leads to tuning nightmares and loss of performance down low. Those 33 will work great. I'm surprised you found anyone willing to work on the old Mikuni's.

I just dropped them off today with a very knowledgeable old-school mechanic that I was lucky to find. Also I think I'll take your advise, (it was his also) and stick with the 33's. The engine always ran great with them from idle to redline. Thanks for your input.
