Hello everybody, I’m in need of some help, I have an KZ1000P 1986. I have found in the number 4 carb that the pilot jet will not quite seat completely due to bad threads in the carb body itself, I feel pretty sure that re taping is not an option. The only carbs I’ve found are full racks and not a Police set specific to my year model and others only say Kz1000, I would
Like to find a single carb if possible. Thanks for reading.

There's nothing special about the police carbs they are the standard Mikuni BS34.

Oh ok, so if I had to get a rack instead of the one if it’s for a kz1000 the spaces between intakes should be fine. I appreciate the feed back

Buy the rack and sell off the ones you don't need.
