BS 34 Float level

I was cleaning my carburetors today and i noticed 2 floats were different than the other 2. I noticed this while reassembling so I don't know where they were located, thought maybe the higher level was for the outside carbs. I bought these from Wired George long time ago but this is the first time to open them up, any ideas?
