You might want to ask the mods to move this thread to the proper forum - the Parts Wanted forum. That said, I've got a #4 carb body. Check your PM.

The carb looks identical with 5he exception of another fuel passage in between the throttle and choke levers, I'm not sure what for or if it will work?

The port you reference is a float bowl vent. Kawasaki evolved the vent methodology a couple of times through the history of those carbs. The first gen carbs vent into the airbox through a passage in the carb plus there is an overflow tube built into the float bowl which both provide venting. After that Kawasaki eliminated the float bowl vent so all the venting went through the carb passage. Lastly, a supplemental vent was added into the carb passage (that's the type of carbs you have) where the float bowl still vents through the carb passage but there is also a supplemental Tee to providing venting as well. I'm not sure why this supplemental passage was added but I don't think it's strictly needed since the early carbs function perfectly fine. You would have to plug up the hole in the #3 carb though in case a float sticks. It's better to overflow into the airbox than on top of the engine.
