Carb kit when adding kerker 4 into 1?

Ok I have heard many different answers about different jetting and completely different carb kit configurations to get the most out of my kerker. Have not tried with stock Carburetion (jetting) yet as carbs are off the bike and just put on kerker. Just wanted to see what Input you all had. Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to fix a particular problem, or are you just asking because somebody on the internet said you should rejet?
Also, there is no factory jetting for the VM 29 carbs because they are aftermarket performance carbs that were not installed by the factory.
Is the factory air filter assembly still hooked up? Are there any modifications besides the carbs and exhaust?
Are you sure they are VM29s and not the stock carbs?

Wow now I’m really thrown for a loop. I assume they are stock however I am not certain. I do not remember how I came up with VM29 I think it was from the wiredgeorge website. How can you tell what they are? A local vintage motorcycle shop near me with a guy that’s been working on them for 35 years told me that there is a specific carburetion kit that is supposed to go with the Kerker that is supposed to eliminate the stock airbox which I have currently and don’t plan to remove. So now I have to confirm what I have and see if it works correctly the way it is. There are no other modifications to the bike.

If you have the street baffle in the Kerker, you may only need to raise the needles a bit and maybe back out the low speed screws.
