It might be easy, but before doing that you should know that MANY (if not all) folks experience problems with vacuum petcocks. A search of this site will bear this out. My bike has a manual petcock that has not failed in 42 years. Remembering to turn it to the "OFF" position when I park the bike is no hardship. Ed
