They are looking like CV30 to me. If you can remove one of the black slide caps, and remove one of the slide needles. there should be information stamped on the upper part of the needle. That would help identify this set. Something like N5Q2.

N76Q needles coupled with the manual choke slide and heating elements would further support my guess of carbs from a 1990’s gt550.
