Hi,

i have a 1979 KZ650 B2. I swapped the carbs to a kz750 mikuni cv carbs and air pods.
At the moment I have 115 main jet and 37.5 pilot jet. The needle clip position is 4.

It should be correct?

I would have stayed with the VM24 carbs. Much easier to tune with pods and your not going to really gain any power with the BS carbs. They ars a real PITA to tune,

A high idle is not a jetting issue. You could have an air leak, sync issue, or the throttle stop may simply be set too high.
Regarding the jetting, you will never know if the jetting is right until you try. Even with guys that are experienced there is a certain amount of trial and error to the process.
