1980 kz440 Ltd carburetor model number?

1980 kz440 Ltd
Having a hard time finding specific parts for the carburetors should be expected but it would help a lot if I knew the model of carburetor. My manual says it’s a keihin cv 36mm and that’s all.
The carburetor body has the number 1209 RK28 on it. I have searched quite a bit. Some quick answers would be very helpful.

Does anyone know the actual carburetor model number?

Post a couple of pics of the carbs in question, as it might help us to ID them for you.

It appears that earlier version of the 400/440 made use of Keihin CVB 36 carbs while other used cv32 carbs. The CVB36 carbs, though aCV type of carb do not make use of a diaphragm and have a very large top chamber on them.

Looks just like these in the photo. But I can take pictures of mine when I get home tonight.

No they do not look like those in the pic.
Those are mine and they are modified for fuel injectors.
All you need to know is 1980 KZ440 and or KeihinCV34.

Sorry I just pulled the photo from google becuase that’s the only thing I could find close to what I have. I was going off the shape. I’m about to upload pics of mine in a moment.

What parts are you looking for? Companies likeZ1Enterprises carry the usual gasket, orings, needle valves and such.

You might want to try soaking them in Pine Sol or vinegar for a while.
They have a very mild acid content. Then spray carb cleaner.
