New to the forum and am looking for some helpful knowledge. I have a 1983 Kz1100 Spectre. 1170 kit, 410 cams, stage 3 jet kit in my mikuni 34mm carbs and a fuel Delkelvic Exhaust with modified baffle. Now the stage 3 jet kit came with 160 mains and needles. Just started riding it after getting the engine rebuilt and noticed its running lean at 3 turns out on the air fuel screws. (Still breaking engine in so haven't gone past 1/2 throttle). 37.5 pilots the whole way across. I am considering running 47.5 pilots on 1 and 4 and 50 pilots on 2&3. Is that sound like a good place to start. Along with that I am wondering if the 160s will be big enough, just right or too big.
