the ball is a 1/8 ball - I can find those.
The spring seems to be no longer available and I am not sure how it even stays in place.
1st) is anyone has a spare.. that would be great!
2nd if anyone is willing to measure their spring I will try to make my own.
Thanks!

Can you pull one from another carb to measure?

I have a couple 1/8" balls and a couple springs to try.
I cannot for the life of me figure out HOW the spring will stay put. the 1/8 ball is loose in there - what would 'lock' things into place?
Thanks,
-Lee

The spring is short. It has to be just long enough so the ball goes into the spring hole a tiny bit, but still protrudes.

Jayrodoh already measured it and gave the part number too. You both probably posted at the same time and you did not see it. When I googled the part number it pops at 19.99 on eBay + $2.00 frt.. WTF? ANOTHER 50 cent part that we are getting gouged on. It looks to come in a package of 8, but this genius gouger is selling ONE for $19.99 . Much like the special o-rings that they are gouging customer on. Just like printing money, when it's almost 100% profit. I have lost mine before, but was fortunate to find them after totaly cleaning out my shed and sweeping the floor, then using a magnet to pick through the sweepings and thankfully found them all back.
He said they are 3 mmX7.8mm. You can cut down the length, but the diameter can't be changed. 3mm=.118". Just under the .125" diameter of the detent ball. The ball can be found at the mom-pop hardware stores. I could not locate the springs anywhere.
Just like printing money! lol These 3 o-rings cost me $15.85 shipped. A real bargain considering most vendors want ~10.00 each PLUS freight. Daveo spotted these for me last week for under 5 bucks each.

loudhvx wrote: I think Jayrodoh gave details on the spring for a set of BS34's. Khungerf has TK27 carbs. They are totally different manufacturers, but there is a chance the spring is the same. He should at least try one about the same length.
They have a striking resemblence to the BS34's from the illustration in your post from 2016. It appears to be part number 92081-1440. ONLY 25bucks with FREE shipping on ebay..
