One carb leaking

Hi. I have just got my "new" kz1000 LTD started (woo hoo!). However, it appears that when the gas petcpck is turned in the reserve position, one of the carbs leaks gas out of its hose. When turned in the on position it does not. I imagine the float bowl is stuck for that carb, but strange that it would poor only on reserve.

Anyone have any idea what may be going on here?

Petcock dumping fuel down the vacuum line when set to the Res position?

Performing the clear tube test as detailed in the factory service manual is a useful test to see what the float levels are like.
