Need help! Almost scratching my brain

I've been solving a problem with the overflow. I found out that my new and recently petcock had a bad diaphragm. I bought another petcock but now the bike runs for sometime then bogs and pops a lot,making it hard to drive it that way. I've cleaned the tank, carburetor blabla for like 8 times now. Im a proud owner of a kz 750 ltd 1982

was it running well before? did you change the exhaust/ intake?

Fixed it, it was bad needles
