So history first, I got my self a little bike late last year. She barely ran when I got her. I pulled the carbs installed new jets floats. Replaced the air box with pods due to the fact I couldn’t get the air filter kz400h... she now has a new muffler as well. It ran like a top while
The weather was cooler here. Now that I’ve had the first Few days of warmer weather after warm up it refuses to idle or take off easily. Once crusing no issue. Also when it stalls it’s a royal cunt to restart.
I’ve done the valves I’ve re cleaned the carbs I’ve found fault and fixed the electrical in several locations. Last night I thought I found it with the fuel line. It was routed against the block and appeared to be vapour locking. Nope. Re routed and still does it. I’m ready to light a match. Compression is 150 and 152 respectively. I’ll be sending her in unless someone here can help me with a new suggestion.
