Does anyone know the specs on the wave washer that is used in the petcock for a 76 KZ400? Bought a used bike and the PO has rigged several different things on it and I'm having to go back and undo his work.

I dont see anything like a wave washer in the diagram. Maybe off another model. Try and bring the petcock to a dealer and see what they come up with.

You might also try posting pics of the whole assembly and the washer itself. Maybe somebody here can identify it. The parts for the original petcock may be nla.

thanks all. I got lucky and rummaged through the local motorcycle junk guy's stuff and found one.

@TXKZ, you aren't by chance in central TX are you?

Nope. About 25 miles nw of Houston.
