I am putting my project bike back together and there is an interference between the new rear shock mount member and the fuel pump. I could slide it forward towards the engine 1/2" but I am concerned that the fuel pump will then hit the air box which I am adamant about returning to its proper place. Has anyone replaced the fuel pump on a GPZ1100? If so, what GPH and pressure points did you choose? I am thinking a smaller fuel pump will get me room I need since stuff has gotten smaller since 1982 right?
