Hi everyone. I have just got my hands on a 1988 KZ550G with keihin CV carbs and it does not run too good. I just checked the carbs and found out that the mains are #118 for 1th and 4th cylinder and #120 for 2nd and 3rd. The secondary jets are hard to read but it looks like they are marked #10. Does anyone know the stock setup on these carbs? Thanks in advance!

Kawasaki sold a shaft drove 550 in 1983 and 1984 in the USA market but that was end of the line. What market are you in?

That's a tough one to find info about. Most USA market 550's had TK brand carbs. The 750 bikes came with Keihin's here though. Don't think the jetting info will help you though.
