Is rejetting your only option with pod filters

I've been trying a few different options with mild success while avoiding rejetting my carburetor with pod filters on my kz440. I had to take the stock air box off because it was cracked and melted. Does anyone know what the stock air box dimensions are
I can take it apart but can I put it back together

Heres an excellent recent thread on making an air box.

Nebr Rex may have info on jetting for pods on a 440

I think there are more elegant methods to restrict airflow but think you get the idea...

Find a stock air box, they are out there, not cheap, or make one up as stated in other post, by far these are the cheapest and best methods as fannying around with pods just cost money and time for an substandard running bike.
