Rebuild carb for KZ750B3 (twin) was created by Cdiver
Does anyone have a schematic for doing a carb rebuild on any of the KZ750B twins? I was going to attempt it myself.

Have you looked carefully at that section in your factory service manual, these articles on KZR www.kzrider.com/filebase/search/search

and the exploded views on Kawasaki.com, Partzilla, et cetera?

A proper rebuild includes fully breaking down the carbs, including unganging them. Soak all the various metal parts in carb dip or use an ultrasonic cleaner. Then reassamble using fresh O-rings. Do NOT purchase junky aftermarket "carb kits" because most are full of imitation jets and such. Clean the original high quality Japanese jets and reuse.
